Donquixote, the former World Noble King and King of Dressrosa who was once known as Donquixote, Doflamingo, is brought to life by a cosplay that's full of attitude.
This Joker costume was shared by Reddit user Akira. It features the character’s trademark feathery pink coat, red-lensed glasses, and a charismatic, arrogant attitude. The cosplayer embodies this in the photo. They stick their tongue out, and reach towards the camera, as if they were about to strike, using the Ito Ito no Mi, a Devil Fruit of Paramecia type that gives the ability to manipulate strings.
One Piece's Doflamingo
Doflamingo appears in One Piece as a member of the Seven Warlords of the Sea. He is a major antagonist throughout the story, such as "Marineford" or "Punk Hazards". "By the end of Dressrosa Saga he was defeated by Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates, as well as Trafalgar D. Water Law, also known as the Surgeon of Death. He is then imprisoned and stripped of his title in Impel Down.

In some of the most recent chapters of the manga, the World Government, Marines, and Warlords have done away with this system. This has created a variety of challenges and new opportunities for former members. Sir Crocodile and Dracule Mihawk, along with Buggy the Clown, formed to form a new group called Cross Guild. This resulted in Buggy being named one of the two new Yonko, alongside Luffy. Some fans speculate that the three will start recruiting the other Warlords, pointing out Hancock and Doflamingo as two of the most powerful members.
Oda started publishing his One Piece manga at Shueisha Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 1997. The ongoing series now has over 1,000 chapters. Oda has confirmed that One Piece will continue to be published in the future. He also recently dispelled the popular fan theory that is the titular treasure, which was the friends Luffy met on his journey.
