The second trailer for the Frieren: Beyond Journey’s Endanime. This new trailer features scenes with the protagonist and the companions of the hero's party, accompanied by emotional, ethereal music.
The anime premiere will be on Friday, September 29, with a special of two hours on Friday Roadshow.
Frieren: Beyond Journey's End was adapted from the Shogakukan manga, written and drawn by Kanehito Yamada. This manga won the Manga Taisho Grand Prize 2021. Weekly Shonen Saturday began serializing the manga in 2020. As of March 2023, there are 10 volumes under Shonen Daily Comics.

Frieren is confronted with the reality of her near-immortality at her friend's funeral, decades after her victory. Frieren decides to fulfill the final wishes of her friends and embarks on a new journey.
Keiichirou (Bocchi the Rock!) directs the MADHOUSE anime with Tomohiro (One-Punch Man), Reiko (takt op.Destiny), and Evan Call as a composer.
