1. Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki
Hagoromo otsutsuki is known as the "Sage Of Six Paths" and is the strongest Susanoo User we've seen. He was rightfully called the "forefather of Shinobi" and had a giant Susanoo figure.
Hagoromo’s Susanoo was a light blue color, and its facial features were similar to his. It was the biggest Susanoo ever created. This mighty power allowed him to compete with Kaguya in his Ten-Tails Form and dodge the Tailed Beast Ball of the Ten-Tails.

4. Kakashi Hatake/ Obito Uchiha

Itachi's Susanoo was a powerful weapon in each version, but the armored version of Itachi's Susanoo was absolutely amazing.
