Eiichiro Oda Shares Exciting News for One Piece Netflix Series
Oda updated his official announcement about the Netflix One Piece Live-action on his Twitter account. He discussed the problems and difficulties he and his crew had to overcome in order to give the best experience possible to fans. Oda also joked that it is now the best time to introduce his One Piece creation to the world. He's always wanted to accomplish this. He has therefore been supervising all aspects of the production to make sure that One Piece is presented in the most intended manner. Remember that he initially agreed to the live-action in 2016, and then pre-production began.
This message is important because Oda says that Netflix has confirmed that Netflix will launch One Piece Live-Action this year or in 2023 as indicated previously. They have also promised Oda sensei they will not air the show before he's completely satisfied (as Oda didn't seem to be happy with some of the westernization). We hope that all their hard work will soon pay off and the show will be aired.
Oda also revealed that One Piece will have "8 episodes on Netflix. Soon, the series will begin airing. The full message is below.
